Day 01: Arrival in Leh

After reaching Leh airport, you will be greeted by our representative and
transferred to the hotel for check-in. Spend the day in the hotel for rest and
acclimatization. Visit Shanti Stupa and Leh market in the evening. Overnight
stay in Leh. (Breakfast and Lunch)

Day 02: Leh (Local Sightseeing)

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing on the Leh – Srinagar Highway. The
sightseeing will start with a walking tour around Old Leh also known as the
“Kharyog” which translate to “Palace Below” as it is situated right below the
Leh Palace. During the tour you will be taken around “Chutay Rantak” which
is the famous bakers street in Leh, it is also known for Gurudwara Datun
Sahib which was built at the site of a famous tree named after a local Deity
“Gtsung Tor”. After the walking tour we will visit the Hall of Fame, this is a
museum maintained by the Indian Army showcasing their strength during
the different wars fought, Kali Mata Temple & Gurudwara Patthar Sahib
supposed to be built to mark the visit of Guru Nanak Dev to this area.
Proceed further and experience the effects of Magnetic Hill which is set to
defy the law of gravity and admire the confluence of holy Indus & Zanskar.
Return back to Leh for an overnight stay. (Breakfast)

Day 03: Leh to Nubra Valley (125 kms/5-6 hrs. approx. one way)

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (Known as the Valley of Flowers and the
warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardungla pass. This road is considered to be the
highest motorable road of the world. En route, admire the spectacular views of the
never-ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardungla Pass (18,390 feet)
After spending some time at Khardungla, proceed to Nubra. After Hotel check-in,
enjoy Camel Safari in the evening. Overnight stay in Nubra. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 04: Nubra to Turtuk

One of the moist fascinating journeys in Ladakh this is a less popular destination
recently opened for tourist, if you have a thirst for a beautiful location this is the place.
En-route spectacular mountain ranges and Villages like. This region is controlled
mainly by the Ladakh Scouts a rear department of the India Army. A border village
that was recaptured by the Indian Army in 1971. Locals have relatives across the
border (Line of Control) and depend mainly on farming of vegetables, apricot
besides providing mules and porters. Baltistan a beautiful village with charming
people "On the night of December 13, 1971, the people of this village went to sleep
in Pakistan. The next morning, they woke up in India." We are in Turtuk, listening to a
villager recount the history of this remote northwest corner of Ladakh, which until that
night was part of Baltistan in PoK. A full day rough excursion along with a visit to
Tyakshi and Thang (the northern most village of India) and evening back to Nubra
Valley. Overnight in camp/hotel at Nubra. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 05: Nubra to Pangong via Shyok (130 kms/5-6 hrs. approx. one way)

We will start the day with a visit to Samstanling Monastery in Sumur Village founded
140 years ago. After that we will proceed towards Pangong lake following the same
route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left
route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The route is scarcely used
for commuting so you will not find any heavy traffic on any day. Some patches are
bad but the experience will be great. The road after Shyok is good but very steep.
After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further
to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the
Himalayas. Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory
and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area and catch some rare
wildlife. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 06: Pangong Lake to Stok (140 kms/5-6 hrs. approx. one way)

After breakfast, travel back to Stok. En route, take a short halt at Changla Pass to
enjoy a cup of hot steaming tea. Visit Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, Shey
Palace and return back to Stok. The village (15 km from Leh) is home to the 14th
century Stok Monastery, with its 71 feet (22 m) high seated Gautama Buddha statue,
constructed between 2012–2015 and consecrated by the Dalai Lama on 8 August
2016. Stok's 19th century palace is the current residence of the former royal family of
Ladakh. Within the palace, a museum contains the shrine, crown, ceremonial dress
and jewelry of the Ladakhi king. After checking into the hotel, you will be taken to a
heritage home for a traditional Ladakhi Lunch. Overnight stay in Stok. (Breakfast,
Dinner)

Day 07: Departure from Stok

After breakfast, get transferred to Leh Airport for boarding the flight to your
destination. Tour Concludes with some wonderful long-lasting memories.
